This comprehensive refurbishment project involved the full internal and external restoration of a Victorian vicarage, transforming the property while preserving its original charm and character.

Works included extensive slate roof repairs and conservation masonry repairs to the building’s envelope, ensuring the structure remained weather-tight and true to its historic form. Internally, we carried out traditional plaster repairs, carefully matching original finishes to maintain the building’s period integrity.

The bathrooms were fully refitted with elegant new tiling, and the property's original Victorian tiled floors were painstakingly restored. Our team also delivered bespoke joinery throughout, including the creation of a handmade kitchen tailored specifically to the layout and style of the home.

In addition to the main house, a full refurbishment of the annex was undertaken, bringing it up to the same high standards with modern finishes carefully chosen to complement the original setting.
